1. The bike shall be ridden only by the individual who has rented it. If the renter permits any other person to ride the bike, the renter shall bear full responsibility for any damage, risk, accident, theft, or fatality associated with the vehicle. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or dispute of any nature.

2. The deadline for returning the vehicle is 8:00 PM. A late fee of ₹100 per hour will be charged for any delay beyond the scheduled time.

3. The vehicle may be used only within the city limits of Udaipur. If the vehicle is taken outside these limits, a fine of ₹1,000, in addition to extra kilometer charges, will be levied.

4. It is mandatory to return the vehicle exclusively to our office located at Hiran Magri Sector-6, Udaipur. If the vehicle is not returned to the office premises, an additional fee of ₹300 will be charged.

5. If the vehicle is taken to locations such as Rayta, Alsi Garh, etc., an additional fee of ₹200 will be charged. An additional fee of ₹100 will be charged if the vehicle is taken to Eklingji.

6. If the customer wishes to retain the vehicle for an additional day, it is mandatory to provide prior notification and pay the rental charges for that day in advance. In such instances, the rental charges for the extension period shall not be adjusted against the security deposit.

7. The Company assumes no liability whatsoever in the event of an accident.

8. Once a vehicle booking has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

9. In the event of any dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

10. After receiving the bike, the customer is required to record a 30-second video capturing the vehicle from all angles and send it to our designated WhatsApp number. Failure to submit this video will result in a deduction of ₹100 from the security deposit.

 

 

1. “बाइक केवल उसी व्यक्ति द्वारा चलाई जाएगी जिसने इसे किराए पर लिया है। यदि किराए पर लेने वाला व्यक्ति किसी अन्य को बाइक चलाने की अनुमति देता है, तो बाइक से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार की क्षति, जोखिम, दुर्घटना, चोरी, या मृत्यु की पूरी जिम्मेदारी किराए पर लेने वाले की होगी। कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार के नुकसान या विवाद के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

2. “वाहन जमा करने का समय रात्रि 8 बजे तक। निर्धारित समय के बाद देरी होने पर ₹100 प्रति घंटे का अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगेगा।”

3. वाहन का उपयोग केवल उदयपुर सीमा के भीतर किया जा सकता है। यदि वाहन को सीमा से बाहर ले जाया जाता है, तो ₹1000 जुर्माना + अतिरिक्त किलोमीटर शुल्क लिया जाएगा।

4. वाहन को हिरण मंगरी सेक्टर-6, उदयपुर स्थित हमारे ऑफिस में ही लौटाना अनिवार्य है। यदि वाहन ऑफिस में जमा नहीं किया जाता, तो ₹300 अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा।

5. यदि वाहन को रायता, अलसी गढ़ आदि स्थलों पर ले जाया जाता है, तो ₹200 अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा। एकलिंग जी ले जाने पर ₹100 अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा।

6. यदि ग्राहक गाड़ी अगले दिन तक रखना चाहता है, तो उसे पहले से सूचित करना और उस दिन का किराया अग्रिम जमा कराना अनिवार्य होगा। ऐसे मामलों में एक्सटेंशन का किराया सिक्योरिटी अमाउंट में से समायोजित नहीं किया जाएगा।

7. दुर्घटना की स्थिति में कंपनी किसी प्रकार की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेती।

8. वाहन की बुकिंग कन्फर्म होने के बाद रद्द नहीं की जा सकेगी।

9. किसी भी प्रकार के विवाद की स्थिति में न्यायक्षेत्र केवल उदयपुर, राजस्थान होगा।

10. ग्राहक को बाइक प्राप्त करते ही, उसकी चारों ओर से 30 सेकंड की वीडियो बनाकर हमारे WhatsApp नंबर पर भेजना आवश्यक है। वीडियो न भेजने की स्थिति में ₹100 सिक्योरिटी से काटे जाएंगे।
